One of the most successful and rewarding projects I led at Mashrou Group was the launch of Glamazon Beauty Salon—a premium beauty destination aiming to stand out in a highly competitive market.

I was responsible for developing the entire market entry strategy, starting from deep market research to positioning, brand messaging, and social media rollout. The process began by analyzing the salon industry landscape in the UAE, identifying key trends, target audiences, competitors, and unique market gaps.

Key Contributions:

  • Conducted a full market study to understand customer needs, pricing expectations, and service gaps.

  • Developed a tailored marketing strategy that defined Glamazon’s brand tone, visual identity, service positioning, and launch plan.

  • Worked closely with the design team to ensure that the salon's brand visuals aligned with its luxury, modern, and welcoming image.

  • Built a content calendar and launch campaign, including social media teasers, influencer collaborations, and service showcases.

  • Managed all client communications, adjusted strategy based on feedback, and oversaw outsourced contributors to ensure seamless delivery.

Thanks to this structured and insight-driven approach, Glamazon launched with strong brand awareness, customer interest, and clear market positioning—laying a solid foundation for future growth.

This project demonstrated how the right mix of research, creativity, and execution can turn a new business into a market-ready brand.

Meta Campaign for Impact – 7-Day Lead Generation Success

 

While working with Impact, I led a highly effective Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaign focused on generating direct leads through messaging. The objective was to increase client inquiries within a short 7-day campaign window—and the results exceeded expectations.

I was responsible for the end-to-end campaign creation, including strategy, audience targeting, content design, ad setup, and performance monitoring.

What I Did:

  • Developed a Click-to-Message campaign using Meta Ads Manager, targeting a highly specific audience segment.

  • Designed compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to resonate with the target demographic.

  • Conducted A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

  • Monitored results daily, adjusting placements, budgets, and creatives to maximize impact.

Key Results:

  • Reached the goal of 40 direct message leads in just 7 days

  • Achieved strong engagement and click-through rates, with an excellent cost-per-result

  • Generated real business conversations and inquiries, proving the effectiveness of the ad strategy

Market Analysis for Rockwell Laundry

 

As part of my work in marketing strategy and business development, I conducted a full market analysis for Rockwell Laundry, a growing laundry and garment care service aiming to scale its operations and sharpen its market positioning.

The objective was to provide clear insights into customer behavior, competitors, pricing strategies, and brand positioning in order to support a more strategic expansion and marketing plan.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Industry Landscape Review: Assessed laundry service trends, including customer expectations, service models (pickup/delivery vs. walk-in), and digital booking behavior.

  • Competitor Benchmarking: Analyzed local and regional competitors in terms of pricing, service packages, branding, and online visibility.
